The delivery too to deliver
The quality of the sample boxes were very very poor. The boxes hinges were broken. There was a line on one of the boxes. They have introduced a white color I did not asked for. I question why, and there was no answer. I asked for rose gold color and they provided a pink color.
The services were very poor. They seems not to know what they are doing. Poor communication.
The delivery was impressively quick and the tubes are of great quality. They ended up being a little smaller than I was hoping but that’s my fault for not getting samples first. we have stuck with this supplier for a number of orders and will continue.
